Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 14 days prior to your check in at Villa Shambala, if not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and re let this property.

Cancellation by the client shall be fully refundable if cancelled within 2 months of occupancy less US$100 cancellation fee. Cancellation by the client within 1 month of occupancy will not be refunded.

The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Registration Form or subsequently agreed upon in writing or emails. Fees apply for extra guests.

Departure - Check out time is 10.00am. Late check out is only possible if there are no incoming bookings for the same day, but must be arranged with the owner prior to your arrival. Fees apply.

A non smoking policy applies inside our villa due to the fire hazard risk of the traditional alang alang roof. Smoking is permitted outside the villa but please apply caution.

The owners and the staff accept no responsibility or liability for the following:

• Tenant’s personal property due to loss or theft.
• Injuries/death by the hiring of transport vehicles for personal use, or as passengers in vehicles hired by our guests.
• Injuries/death incurred in and around the villa including the pool, oceanfront stairs etc.
• Injuries/death in the partaking of activities anywhere on the island, organized tour, or transport to and from the island.
